• Gently heat the contents of the carton to 85-90°C, stirring constantly, then pour into individual ramekins and cool slightly.
• Refrigerate for between 1 and 2 hours, then just before serving sprinkle with a little demerara sugar and caramelise with a blowtorch for that delicious sugary crunch.
• This delicious dessert mix is suitable for vegetarians, and tastes as good as any pud you’d have at a restaurant – no one will ever guess yours has come out of a carton!
