Return Process
- 1.Immediate Inspection
Please inspect all food items upon delivery. Any discrepancies, damages, or quality concerns must be reported to the delivery driver immediately for on-the-spot resolution.
- 2.Contact Customer Support
If an issue is discovered after delivery, notify our team within 24 hours. For perishable or temperature-sensitive goods, immediate notification is required to qualify for a credit or replacement.
- 3.Provide Documentation
To process your claim, please provide your order number and clear photographic evidence of the product concern or packaging defect via our official support email.
- 4.Refund or Credit Processing
Once your claim is validated, we will issue a credit to your account or process a refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
